With more than 13 years of experience as a product designer for both large companies as well as start-ups, I bring a healthy mix of practical implementation, with useful creativity. I have strong product design leadership skills that are enhanced by my deep understanding of the collaborative relationship between user needs and business requirements. I believe that the core requirements of a good designer are that they understand strategy, are empathetic, and have compassion for both the team and the users- all while fulfilling the company’s overall vision and commitment to the goals and roadmap. As a product designer, my responsibility is not just to the user, but also to my team and the business needs.
